The company is headquartered in New York City and provides IT software and solutions to customers across the globe. It offers a range of services such as test data management, training, security, service management, agile planning, cloud solutions, and automation. CA Technologies also works with a variety of customers, including healthcare institutions, educational institutions, retailers, governmental agencies, manufacturers, financial services companies, and IT service providers.

Sitting on 63 acres, the 1 CA Plaza office complex was constructed in 1991 and is a massive 778,370 square feet. It was the workplace of around 3,500 Computer Associates employees, formerly known as CA.
