CLUB HOUSE

Recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the clubhouse, which involved the demolition of outdated additions, the construction of a new 3–level addition, and a comprehensive gut renovation of the original clubhouse. The end result is a stunning grille room with a vaulted ceiling, a new bar, and improved member experience. Additionally, we added a variety of “back of the house“ spaces, such as restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, laundry facilities, beverage storage, and banquet storage.

CART BARN/STORAGE

The moving of Misquamicut Club‘s cart barn and storage building to Watch Hill, Rhode Island increased the visibility of its historic clubhouse on the golf course.

BEACH PAVILION

This 16,500 sf beach pavilion in Watch Hill, RI is situated on a narrow peninsula. It contains a snack bar, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, cabanas, and bathroom facilities, and is built upon wood piles.
