Situated in the St. Louis Place neighborhood, the N2W project encompasses 97 acres and is located at the crossroads of Jefferson and Cass avenues. Upon completion, the campus will hold a 700,000–square–foot office building, two car parks, a visitor center, a delivery inspection facility and guarded entry/exit points.

At the end of 2026, the 3,150 personnel will transfer from their current spot on 2nd Street to the new complex.
