MAIN CLUBHOUSE

The building of a 54,000 sq.ft. clubhouse involved a great deal of site work, landscaping, and the installation of retaining walls. The clubhouse was equipped with a pro shop, multiple sheltered and exposed dining galleries, an indoor golf training area, a fitness center, and a private dining room.

POOL HOUSE

The pool complex consisted of two pools, an adult pool and a children’s pool, plus two newly constructed buildings – a pool house and a day camp – with a combined area of 8,000 square feet. The pool house housed the men’s and women’s locker rooms, a tennis pro shop, and a snack bar with its own kitchen.
